Meet Wil
Raised in the San Francisco Bay Area, I was shaped by my experiences with people, organizations & technology. With civic-minded parents and connections to Scouting, Lions Club, Peer Resource & multiple team sports, I learned the value of teamwork/collaboration & leadership to succeed.
From a young age, I was immersed in computers, web design and constant technological expansions that all taught me to supplement valuable personal relationships with digital opportunities.
Out of this environment came a passion to work with others, to lead, and to embrace and evolve with the technical advances.
As I began to work, I discovered a passion for building, problem solving, customer delight & managing business operations.
From leading new store openings at REI to the challenges of building and scaling customer support for transformative fintech startups, I have harnessed that experience and passion to accomplish great things exceeding stretch goals, developing team members & leaders, and scaling CX from launch to IPO on the NYSE... and beyond!
With purpose, I continue to look for ways to build, provide solutions, collaborate & transform with the use of cutting-edge technology. It's just who I am.

Growing up in California in an outdoorsy family, I experienced the wonders of the wilderness and local parks. To this day, I enjoy a nice nature trek or a day at the beach and appreciate the fresh, albeit windy air of Wellington and the outside wonders of Aotearoa New Zealand.

With a love for the outdoors comes a passion for outdoor photography. In fact, many photos you see on this website are from my hobby photography. The challenge of capturing the moments as they happen while learning new techniques is a fun way to pass the time...and remember it!

From building a Lego set to solving a difficult word puzzle, I even enjoy building and problem solving outside of work. The building and problem solving is usually less stressful outside of work, at least until I'm on Lego Masters 😆

My days of year-round team sports may be gone, but I still enjoy joining a team and succeeding at goals. Today, you will be most likely to spot me on a softball field in the summer trying to help my team win it all or joining a trivia team to put my history degree to full use.
